Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008

This Act provides for the establishment of an economic regulatory framework for the provision of water and sewerage services in Tasmania.

Water and Sewerage Industry (Customer Service Standards) Regulations 2019​

These regulations specify matters in relation to customer service, that must, or may, be included in the Customer Service Code.​

Water and Sewerage Industry (Pricing and Related Matters) Regulations 2021​

These regulations deal with a number of pricing matters including the conduct of price determination investigations, pricing principles and arrangements for setting specified charges.

Water and Sewerage Industry (General) Regulations 2019​

These regulations deal with water restrictions amongst a number of matters.
