The current reserve price determination for owner-operator taxi licences will cease on 31 December 2025. The Economic Regulator is required to conduct an investigation and make a new determination in relation to each of the 24 taxi areas in Tasmania by  1 December 2025.

The Regulator has commenced its investigation and has published a fact sheet along with a short survey for interested parties to complete. Survey closes 6 June 2025.
