​​​​​​The Regulator, under section 12 of the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995, section 24 of the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008 and section 18 of the Gas Industry Act 2019, ​appoints the members to the OCCC and determines the terms and conditions of such appointments.
