OTTER Customer Consultative Committee Members

​​​​​​​The Regulator, under section 12 of the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995, section 24 of the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008 and section 18 of the Gas Industry Act 2019,  appoints the members to the OCCC and determines the terms and conditions of such appointments. The following organisations are members of the OCCC from 24 May 2025 to 23 May 2028:

  • Property Council of Australia (Tasmanian Division)
  • Salvation Army (Tasmania Branch)
  • Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
  • Tasmanian Council of Social Service Inc.
  • Tasmanian Small Business Council
Observers on the OCCC are representatives of:
  • Tasmanian Ombudsman
  • Australian Competition and Consumer Commission ​
