The Regulator sets licence fees in the electricity supply industry and its component of licence fees in the gas and water and sewerage sectors.

Other fees

The Regulator charges electricity and gas licence application fees and a fee for the lodgement of a competitive neutrality complaint fee. Information on the amount of these fees is included in the Notice of Tasmanian Economic Regulator Fees for 2026-27.
